1. Cancellation Process:

• You can cancel your subscription by contacting us at info@exploradex.com.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date for monthly plans and 30 days for yearly plans.

2. Refunds:

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the billing period has started.
• Custom plans are non-refundable unless specified in the contract.

3. Service Disruption:

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to our services at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.
